It is no secret that the Draft is far from an exact science. Players rise and fall based on agility drills at the Combine, common knowledge tests like the Wonderlic exam, and because sometimes there simply isn't as great of a need at one position as there might be at another. So each year I like to throw out the teams and their needs, and just list the players based solely on how talented I think they are, and how much of an impact they will make at the next level.
The following draft value boards express my personal opinion of where said players should go, and not necessarily where they will go on Draft Day.

And here are my top-100 overall talents in the draft. I use this list as a quick-reference way of grading a team's overall draft execution. For instance, if my #3 overall player goes #23 to Kansas City, then the Chiefs get a grade of +20 for that pick. Conversely, if the Chiefs were to stretch on my #50 talent with the 23rd overall pick, they'd get a grade of -27. At the end of the Draft I add up the grades for each team's picks, and form a cumulative grade for their overall draft that way.
